April - May Testing Proctors
POA is in need of your help! It's testing season! Please sign up for a time slot if you are able to help with proctoring for our upcoming testing season. You can sign up to proctor any classroom EXCEPT your own child's classroom. All proctors must be approved volunteers, and you will sign-in and out at the front office on the days you select. April 23 - Night of the Arts
Charger families - We need your help! We are excited to showcase all that POA has to offer at our Night of the Arts event. Please consider volunteering for a shift to help make this event a success. It's a GREAT opportunity for teens to earn service hours. (Please note this in the comments.) All adult volunteers must be approved SJCSD volunteers. Click HERE To view the sign up link.
Our Spring Book Fair is almost here! We will be running the book fair in one week this year and we need your help! Please click HERE to view volunteer schedule. Elementary students will be attending the book fair during their media rotation. Middle school students will be allowed to shop between 8:00-9:00 as teachers allow, during lunch, and at other times as approved by teachers.
March 12 - Field Day
Please sign up below to help. You must be an approved SJCSD volunteer. Feel free to volunteer for as many sessions as you would like. This is a POA PE event (not PTO). February 6 - Elementary School Me & My VIP Dance
Patriot Oaks PTO invites you to attend the Me & My VIP(s) Elementary Dance on Friday, February 6th!
As always, we will need volunteers to help make this event a success. Please click HERE to volunteer for a shift!
The PTO will be hosting the Wonderland Holiday Shop during the week of December 1-5. We will be offering a 30-minute time slot to classes throughout the day. Teachers will sign up for the time slot that fits their schedule (this is not running through their resource time)

Our school nurse needs volunteers to help with health screenings on Thursday, November 6th and Friday, November 7th. You will be provided training onsite. Please click HERE to view available shifts.
Friday, October 17 - Middle School Dance 6:00-8:00
Volunteers are needed to help with set up, chaperoning games and dancing, plus help with concessions and clean up! Teens who are not POA students are welcome to help during set up, check-in and clean up, but they are not allowed to stay and help during the dance.
