POPSICLES ON THE PLAYGROUND HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED – NEW DATE – SEPTEMBER 18

We hope to see you this Thursday, September 18 6:00-7:30.  Calling all young Chargers! You are welcome to attend our K-2 event - Popsicles on the Playground! This is a free event. 

Come meet new friends and enjoy a sweet treat on the playground at Patriot Oaks. We'll have bubbles and games, as well as spirit wear for sale.  Enter through the bicycle gates of the Right side of the school (Red lot) and we will be on the Red Playground.  Click HERE To sign up

 
3rd-5th Disco Skate Night Friday, September 12 5:30p-7:30p

3rd - 5th grade POA students and families are invited to a Skate night. 

Join us on Friday, September 12th from 5:30p-7:30p at Skate Station-Mandarin (3461 Kori Rd).

Please sign up HERE to reserve your spot. You will pay at the door. Concessions will be available for purchase.

RSVP deadline is Wednesday, Sept. 10th. 

Important info:

-This private event is for POA 3rd-5th grade students and their families. Siblings are welcome to join. 

-This is NOT a drop off event. Each student must have a parent/guardian present.

-The cost for each skater is $8 (child or adult). This includes roller stake rental and admission. There is no charge for parents who will not be skating. (If you would like to rent inline skates, there is an additional $5 fee). 

-All adult skaters age 18+ must sign a waiver (available online here: http://funworks.com/mandarin/waiver/).

8th Grade Families

PTO will be covering the cost of several items for your 8th grade student this school year!  This includes a class shirt, a class photo, and class treats at least four times throughout the school year. This is due to the generosity of our families and business partners each year through their support of our initiatives such as ChargerTHON and PTO membership, to name a few.

The first class treat will be offered in September.

For class shirts, we are collecting shirt sizes.  Please complete this form by October 24.  If you do not fill this form out by the designated deadline, your student will be given a generic size (adult medium or large).

Please note that PTO will be hosting a semi-formal 8th grade dance. It will be held in the Spring and will be an off-site dance.  PTO will not be covering the cost of the dance. Tickets will be sold.
